Fantastic, modern and sophisticated family villa offering a high standard. The architecture of the house is elegantly designed as well as bright and spacious. It is located just 100 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins".
Villa Amanda consists of two levels, on the ground floor we find a spacious living room with direct access to the garden, a spectacular fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The upper floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (including 2 en suite). One of these bedrooms is characterized by its size, it houses a round bathtub and a shower and from there you access a large terrace with beautiful views.
Outside we find the private pool, built-in barbecue and large garden terraces equipped with hammocks and furniture to enjoy your lunches and dinners outdoors. This villa is the ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxed family holiday by the sea. It also has three parking spaces in the plot and air conditioning.
In the area you will find all kinds of services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the urban center of Dénia is located 5 km away.
With an extension of 2.7 km, the beach of Els Molins, becomes an uncrowded beach, it also has the Blue Flag award. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand to their heart's content, while the clear, shallow waters make it safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the beach bar and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Dénia, named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO", has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.

Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca, both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming towns, natural parks. You can also visit the Benidorm attraction parks. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all types of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well. Its numerous restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates whether in the typical fishing district, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea.
