Welcome to our cosy apartment in Denia! This lovely accommodation is perfect for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay on the coast.
The apartment has a surface area of 80 square metres and has capacity for up to 5 people, being ideal for both couples and small families. It has 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds that have spacious wardrobes and a double sofa bed, guaranteeing rest for all our guests.
The living room is spacious, comfortable and bright with beautiful sea views.
Regarding the bathrooms, you will find 2 complete ones: one with a shower and another with a bathtub. Both have windows which allows them to have both natural lighting and ventilation.
The kitchen is American-style and fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and juicer. It also includes all the utensils and kitchenware necessary for you to cook comfortably.
The apartment features air conditioning to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year, high-speed WiFi connection and an iron for your needs.

We have 1 covered parking space in the same building, which greatly facilitates your arrival and stay.
The complex features a shared swimming pool where you can cool off and relax. Additionally, there is a communal garden to enjoy the outdoors. Both with direct beach access.

Also ideal for children as it has space for bicycles and beach equipment.

On the first beach line with all amenities near the Apartment complex: mini-market, bars, restaurants. Nice Pool and comunal gardens with grass and palm trees. The apartment consists of living- dining room with opened kitchen, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub.
Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on.
