This nice duplex attached house has a large private garden with barbecue. From the garden there is an access to the communal pool. On the ground floor there are the living room with fire place, the opened full fitted kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are the 2 doble bedrooms, the single bedroom and the bathroom. There is one air conditionned split in the stairs.
Private garage with another shower.
It is located 700 m from the shingle beach, 1000 m from the sand beach, 1000 m from the supermarket, 1000 m from ELS POBLETS city, 6 km from the golf course, 9 km from DENIA city, 100 km from the airport. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). Internet wifi extra (sea rates)
In the butane gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided.
